This Refund Policy describes how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled for purchases made on https://www.bransys.com.
1. Hardware Returns
- Return window: 30 days from delivery.
- Condition: Items must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
- RMA: Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back.
Non-returnable items may include: custom-configured products, items marked final sale, or products damaged by misuse.
2. Subscription / Service Fees
- Subscription cancellations take effect end of billing period.
- Past subscription charges are not refundable except where required by law.
3. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the bank/payment provider.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Damaged / Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
