Open positions in Chicago, IL – Sales Manager

Bransys is an international company headquartered in Chicago. We are a provider of IoT Gateways and asset tracking solutions. Unlike many companies that follow the herd, we dare to challenge the ordinary way of GPS tracking. We have a product that makes our clients including Porsche Group, Coca Cola, Orange… happy. Thus, we are looking for Sales Manager that will manage a sales team in North America.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for key accounts
  • Manage and grow a winning sales team
  • Set KPIs and revenue goals
  • Build pipeline and sustain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Ensure consistent execution of end-to-end sales process to meet and exceed the goals
  • Ensure use of CRM and forecasting tools to report key metrics

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years’ experience directly managing SaaS sales teams
  • Ambitious and entrepreneurial leader;
  • Consistent top performer;
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets especially in transportation, waste and asset management industries
  • Strong ownership attitude
  • Familiarity with wireless, IoT/M2M, and connected solutions as they apply to commercial business, waste management, and other target markets is a plus
  • The job requires travel for this role, and flexible work hours are expected at times;
  • A team-playing, positive, and friendly attitude;
  • Preference will be given to candidates with proven track record (i.e. revenue and market share) in the following markets; waste management, logistics and transportation.

 

Competencies:

  • Disciplined in working in a complex environment against aggressive performance targets
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly qualify opportunities
  • Experience in trucking, automotive, telematics, or related industry a plus
  • Hyper focus on performance metrics to manage and improve conversion cycles
  • Passion for technology
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting across a wide range of industries for a single solution or application
  • Clear entrepreneurial spirit
  • Fluent in English and language of assigned geography
