Bransys team is growing. We are looking for Product Owner to support the development of IoT strategy and provide effective product and project management expertise for IoT.

In this role, you will support engineers to define requirements and assist with execution of productivity solutions and overall project delivery. You will plan and organize all project activities, interface with internal and external partners to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope. As a Product Owner, you will serve as the bridge between business needs and development execution. Your role will be critical in driving product vision, aligning stakeholders, and delivering value through agile product delivery.

2+ years PO or PM experience:

• 2+ years related experience in managing IT projects
• Fluent in English, other languages are a PLUS
• Active driver
• Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision
• Knowledge in IT process development and implementation and experience in project management tools and techniques
• Ability to prioritize, influence and work with cross-functional global teams
• Software Development Life Cycle, application/web development, or project management is a PLUS
• Ability to foster good relationships, work independently and in collaboration with global teams
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technical discipline is a PLUS

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams— production, development, QA, marketing—to ensure smooth and timely product delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related queries, feedback, and decisions during development cycles
• Gather and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and performance metrics to iterate and improve the product
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Communicate product updates and progress effectively to stakeholders and ensure alignment across departments
• Monitor market trends and competitor products to inform strategic product decisions
• Support sales teams and provide Product Demo Presentations to potential clients
• Product training and onboarding new clients
• Manages resources to make sure schedule is on track
• Lead meetings and set expectations for project team
• Understand the organization’s Strategic Business Goals and Objectives; delivers products and services that support and enhance business outcomes
