The fleet management market is expected to be worth 22.35 Billion USD by 2020. We have a product that makes our clients including Porsche Group, Coca Cola, Orange… happy. Thus, we are looking for outstanding tech support specialist/technician that will be in direct communication with the USA clients.

Need To Have

• Strong analytical, design and troubleshooting skills and server-side debugging skills
• Knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Database, TCP/IP
• Strong technical background, with ability to explain complex information in simple, clear terms to a non-IT personnel
• An ability to assess each customer/employee’s IT knowledge levels
• Ability to deal with difficult callers
• Logical thinker
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Up-to-date technical knowledge
• An in depth understanding of the software and equipment your customers/employees are using
• Good interpersonal and customer care skills
• Good accurate records keeping
• Previous experience with Microsoft CRM is a BIG PLUS

2+ years experience of customer service roles will be advantageous for this position as it will demonstrate that you have the desired communications and people skills.
