Wanted: Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

Bransys is an international company headquartered in Chicago. We are a provider of GPS fleet management and software solutions. Unlike many companies that follow the herd, we dare to challenge the ordinary way of GPS tracking. Thanks to our relentless, passion and innovation driven culture, we have grown from a small company to a corporation that now operates on 3 continents.

The fleet management market is expected to be worth 22.35 Billion USD by 2020. We have a product that makes our clients including Porsche Group, Coca Cola, Orange… happy. Thus, we are looking for Inside sales representative that will generate and work on new prospective clients and resellers.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Find and engage new prospects
  • Build new business opportunities by cold-calling and networking
  • Create and qualify new customer opportunities
  • Set up follow-up meetings to hand off prospective accounts to account executives
  • Manage pipeline of active and inactive prospects
  • Manage appropriate follow-up action plans
  • Achieve expected call and email volumes, qualification goals, and sales pipeline targets

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Successful sales track record
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales setting
  • Able to work in a team and goals driven
  • Consistent top performer
  • Knowledge of IoT / M2M solutions is a plus

 

Competencies

  • Disciplined in working in a complex environment against aggressive performance targets
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly qualify opportunities
  • Experience in trucking, automotive, telematics, or related industry a plus
  • Hyper focus on performance metrics to manage and improve conversion cycles
  • Passion for technology
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting across a wide range of industries for a single solution or application
  • Clear entrepreneurial spirit
  • Fluent in English and language of assigned geography
